1General Provisions and Definitions

tdjee is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The following definitions apply in this document:

Definitions

• "Platform" or "Site" — The tdjee website tdjee.lat and all its subdomains and services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on tdjee or is using its services.

2Eligibility and Registration Terms

To open an account on tdjee, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person One Account

A maximum of one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address. Attempting to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts and funds being forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. tdjee may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being restricted or suspended.

3Account Security and Password

Account security is entirely the responsibility of the user. The following security guidelines must be strictly followed:

• Login credentials (username and password) must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to tdjee support immediately.
• You must log out after logging in on a public or shared device.
• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

tdjee will not be responsible for any unauthorized activity on the account that occurs due to actions or negligence on the part of the user.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on tdjee: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka), which applies equally to all methods.

• Deposited funds must be the user's own and must come from a legitimate source.
• Depositing funds using a third party's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The deposited amount will be credited to the account instantly; if there is a delay, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Deposited funds must have been used in betting at least once.
• The wagering requirement set for bonus funds must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit (where applicable).

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳10,000 will add an extra ৳10,000 as a bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To make the bonus and associated deposit funds withdrawable, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. Example: ৳1,000 deposit + ৳1,000 bonus = ৳2,000 — a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies only once, unless the offer specifies otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Each bonus has an applicable expiry date; if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• tdjee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is identified (arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, etc.), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

tdjee follows a fair play policy. The outcome of all games is determined by a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely independent and unpredictable. Neither tdjee nor its game providers influence any outcome.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and market, and these are displayed in the game interface. tdjee reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to server errors, network issues or other technical reasons, tdjee follows the policy below:

• Bets from rounds that were not fully completed will be refunded.
• For partially completed rounds, the decision of tdjee is final.
• No compensation will be provided in cases of intentional disconnection.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tdjee platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account under a third party's identity.
• Strategically creating accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
• Using any computer software, bots or automated systems on the platform.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting any bug or error in the platform's software or systems — such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Fraudulent collusion or corrupt gameplay with other users.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

tdjee firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of income. We provide the following tools:
